TFF Issues New Wave of Disciplinary Referrals as Integrity Crisis Deepens

The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has issued a new round of disciplinary referrals following matches played on 26 November in the Nesine 2. Lig Beyaz Grup, marking another significant step in the federation’s broader integrity crackdown. The latest decisions highlight continued concerns around unsporting behaviour, offensive chanting and field incidents, and arrive at a moment when Turkish football remains under heightened scrutiny due to ongoing investigations and transparency efforts led by the TFF.

Overview of the Latest Decisions

The Turkish Football Federation has released details regarding its newest disciplinary actions, which were forwarded to the PFDK on 27 November 2025.

The federation cited breaches of several articles within the TFF Disciplinary Code, triggered by incidents across multiple matches in the Nesine 2. Lig Beyaz Grup. Each case has been referred on the basis of “reasonable suspicion,” a threshold that legally obligates the federation to send files to the disciplinary board.

Referrals Connected to Larger Integrity Effort

The new cases follow the TFF’s heightened disciplinary activity, which continues amid an unprecedented integrity investigation affecting all levels of Turkish football.

“If we truly want to leave clean football to our children, everyone must put their hand under the stone. This is a social responsibility, not a place for personal profit.”
