ThrillTech enters UK market with remote operating licence
ThrillTech has secured a UK Gambling Commission licence, opening access to one of Europe’s most tightly regulated markets and enabling further rollout of its jackpot products.
Licence strengthens ThrillTech’s presence across Europe
By adding the UK licence to its portfolio, ThrillTech reinforces its expansion into key regulated markets. The company already holds certifications in Sweden, Romania, and Malta, but the UK licence carries particular significance due to its reputation for rigorous compliance standards.
Rather than slowing down, ThrillTech continues to build momentum. The company recently obtained ISO 27001 certification, which further validates its approach to data protection and operational security.
ThrillPots now available for UK operators
With the licence secured, ThrillTech can now offer its jackpot product—ThrillPots—to UK-facing operators. The player-funded jackpot aims to increase gross gaming revenue by up to 10%, giving partners a performance-focused, fully compliant solution.
To address the UK’s updated stake limits, ThrillTech developed a custom version of its jackpot algorithm. At the same time, it continues to upgrade its technology stack, introducing features like multi-currency support and linked jackpots across operator networks.
Preparing for growth through local adaptation
The new licence enables ThrillTech to pursue commercial opportunities in the UK while demonstrating its ability to meet local regulatory requirements. According to Faye Williams, Head of Business Development, the company is ready to move forward.
