ThrillTech Strengthens Senior Leadership Team Amid Rapid Global Expansion

ThrillTech, a global provider of side-bet jackpot technology for iGaming operators and studios, has expanded its senior management team as the company prepares for the next phase of what it calls an “explosive” growth trajectory following a breakout year in 2025.

New Appointments

The company announced three strategic hires who will take on the roles of VP of Growth, Global Sales Director and Head of Technical Compliance.

Their combined expertise aligns with ThrillTech’s ambitions to scale commercially, enhance compliance frameworks and accelerate product expansion across regulated markets.

  • Xavier Besseau Joins as VP of Growth

Xavier Besseau transitions to ThrillTech from Kiron Interactive. With more than a decade of iGaming experience – including roles at Sportradar, TrueLayer and Gaming Innovation Group – Besseau will shape and execute the company’s global growth strategy.

  • Nemanja Grujicic Appointed Global Sales Director

Nemanja Grujicic becomes the new Global Sales Director, bringing experience from Popiplay, where he served as Head of Account Management, and from Pragmatic Play in a similar capacity. He will focus on deepening partner relationships and scaling international sales operations.

  • Rocio Mata Becomes Head of Technical Compliance

Rocio Mata joins ThrillTech after more than 10 years at Evolution, most recently as Senior Technical Compliance. She will oversee the company’s regulatory processes, technical certification workflows and compliance standards across all jurisdictions.

Strengthened Leadership

The three appointments bring a strong blend of commercial, regulatory and operational expertise. ThrillTech emphasizes these areas as essential pillars for its next stage of expansion.

Founded in 2023, the company now employs 15 people working remotely and from offices in Cyprus and Malta. Throughout 2025, ThrillTech secured licensing and certification in 10 jurisdictions. Its products – ThrillPots and ThrillDrops – help operators amplify player engagement while boosting GGR.

Leadership Commentary Reflects Confidence in Momentum

Benjamin Bradtke, co-founder at ThrillTech, highlighted the significance of the new hires:

““A huge indicator that a company is doing well is its ability to attract and retain the brightest minds in the industry, and I am so pleased to say that the three new hires we’ve welcomed across Q4 are an incredible asset to ThrillTech.”

Reflecting on the company’s recent achievements, he added:

“This has been a genuine breakout year for us. We’ve seen explosive growth across our product lines, expanded into new jurisdictions and secured partnerships with operators who are embracing a more creative approach to jackpots and player engagement.”

Bradtke emphasized that the timing of the appointments is intentional:

“Bringing Xavier, Nemanja and Rocio into the business now is very deliberate – they’re here to help us accelerate that momentum through the final stretch of 2025 and propel us into an even stronger 2026.”
