TotoGaming Appoints Kamo Mayilyan to Lead Research and Development
TotoGaming has named Kamo Mayilyan as the new head of its Research and Development Unit, reinforcing its focus on technological innovation and long-term product growth.

Appointment reflects new stage in global strategy
In January 2024, TotoGaming entered the Romanian market, marking its first step outside Armenia. Backed by over two decades of experience, the company is now building a broader international presence.
Kamo Mayilyan, who has led Product Directions Development for the past three years, now takes on additional responsibilities. His new role as R&D Unit Manager puts him at the center of TotoGaming’s innovation efforts.
Five pillars define the company’s next phase
Mayilyan has outlined five core focus areas: technology, market expansion, internal structure, product diversification, and leadership within the industry. These pillars shape how TotoGaming will develop its offering and adapt to new environments.
“Our vision is anchored in five strategic goals that will drive TotoGaming’s evolution and solidify our position as a market leader. Through cutting-edge technology, geographical expansion, organizational excellence, product diversification, and industry-wide leadership, we are setting the foundation for sustainable innovation and global impact,” said Kamo Mayilyan, Research & Development Unit Manager, TotoGaming.
Before joining the iGaming industry, Mayilyan spent over 14 years in the banking sector. This background has proven valuable, especially in understanding complex systems and user behavior. At TotoGaming, he applies this knowledge to improve product usability and design.
R&D takes a central role in product strategy
Under Mayilyan’s leadership, the R&D team will drive scalable and sustainable growth. The unit plans to speed up product development while ensuring consistent quality and compliance.
TotoGaming sees the R&D department as critical to its success in new markets. As the company grows, this team will adapt products to local regulations and user expectations, delivering technology that can evolve alongside the brand’s international ambitions.
