Uri Poliavich: The casino segment remained the main growth driver

Uri Poliavich, CEO & Founder of Soft2Bet, spoke with iGaming Express after the public TOWN HALL presentation, offering an exclusive follow-up interview. Poliavich shared additional insights on the company’s record results, global communication strategy, and the key development priorities shaping Soft2Bet’s roadmap going into 2026.

During the presentation, you highlighted an impressive year-over-year growth of +96% EBITDA and +88% revenue. Which business segments were the main drivers behind this growth, and how do you assess their scalability going into 2026?

Our year-over-year results clearly demonstrate the power of our platform ecosystem. These results are largely attributable to two key factors: our comprehensive casino solution and the innovative MEGA gamification engine.

The casino segment remained the main growth driver, supported by an expanded content portfolio featuring 43 new providers and over 1,200 new games. At the same time, the sports vertical showed strong acceleration, confirming that our technology and engagement model scale effectively across business lines.

Equally important was platform reliability. With uptime and response speeds measured in milliseconds, we built a solid technological foundation that enables rapid market growth.

As we look to 2026, our focus remains on scalability and performance. The modular architecture of our platform allows faster operator onboarding, daily product releases, and seamless MEGA integration across casino, sports, and newly regulated markets. This combination of flexibility, reliability, and engagement mechanics keeps our growth responsible, sustainable and repeatable.

The Town Hall showcased extensive media coverage across multiple global outlets. How does Soft2Bet evaluate the impact of these PR activities on market expansion and B2B partner acquisition? Are there any new communication formats planned for Q4 2025 and Q1 2026?

In 2025, our communication strategy was guided by two key principles — education and credibility. We focused on real data, verified case studies, and educational content, sharing our expertise openly with the industry.

Our goal was to move the conversation about gamification from theory to practice. We presented measurable results — a 60% increase in retention, steady LTV growth, and higher engagement — to demonstrate how gamification delivers real impact when embedded in product logic. A key milestone in that effort was the Gamification Tech Academy during SBC Lisbon, which focused on applied learning and real innovation in action.

Our involvement at major international events such as ICE, iGB, SBC, and Responsible Gaming Week has been significantly enhanced. This expansion has been crucial for boosting our global visibility and strengthening our credibility across various markets. At the same time, our leadership team remained actively engaged in industry-wide discussions, especially on player protection and responsible innovation, helping shape a more sustainable sector.

Our local partnerships, including those with the Ottawa Senators, CFL, CFR Cluj, and DK Divisions and League, were also significant. These initiatives reflect our belief that global scale creates true value only when paired with a local presence and experience. Supporting local sports and communities is a natural extension of our “global through local” philosophy.

Going forward, we’ll continue to expand our communication formats by launching educational webinars, partner initiatives, and industry-focused projects that encourage knowledge sharing and professional growth. Our focus will also include short-form leadership, data-driven content, designed to bring our expertise directly to new markets.

One of the slides featured the collaboration with NASCAR. What strategic significance do partnerships with major sports brands hold for Soft2Bet, and is this a direction the company plans to expand further in the coming quarters?

In the high-speed, constantly evolving, and competitive iGaming industry, which operates at a “NASCAR pace,” Soft2Bet prioritises agility and rapid response as core company attributes. While speed is essential for short-term success, we believe that long-term, decade-spanning achievement is ultimately secured through consistency.

We prioritise establishing sustainable ties between players and major sports brands through partnerships, moving beyond short-term campaigns. At Soft2Bet, our goal is to deepen the player experience and build loyalty through innovation, entertainment, and meaningful storytelling. We ensure that players enjoy exclusive, high-quality, and localised experiences throughout their journey, making every interaction relevant and notable wherever they are.

The Town Hall included a preview of ambitious plans for Q4 and beyond. Which three areas does Soft2Bet currently identify as top development priorities, and what market challenges do you see as the most demanding over the next 12 months?

We will continue to focus on delivering responsible, localised, tailored experiences to our players across key brands such as Betinia, CampoBet, Tooniebet, Don.ro, etc.

A focus on the player and their experience with our brands will be supported by both local initiatives and international partnerships. This approach ensures that every player receives maximum value from their time with their favourite brand and that their journey is engaging, exciting, and unique.

We are also planning to present new MEGA engines, following the successful launch of MEGA Clawee, Round, Chance, and Builder. These demonstrate narrative-driven progression and the highest standards of localisation, helping operators stand out in competitive markets and resonate with diverse audiences.

In addition, we will continue to introduce the audience to data-driven iGaming solutions for player retention and player protection through exclusive campaigns, educational initiatives, and special projects with key market stakeholders. This will emphasise the importance and role of innovation, compliance, and player protection at every stage of interaction.
