Videoslots Rebrands as Immense Group

Malta-based casino operator Videoslots has rebranded as Immense Group, signaling its transformation into a multi-brand gaming enterprise and positioning itself for future growth in the competitive iGaming sector. Founded in 2011, the company has also unveiled a new corporate structure.

Videoslots Rebranding to Immense Group

Immense Group now oversees five key platforms: Videoslots, Mr Vegas, Kungaslottet, Mega Riches, and DBET.

To support this expansion, a holding company, Immense Group AB, has been established in Stockholm, with Jesper Kärrbrink appointed as its CEO.

Kärrbrink, a veteran with over 20 years of experience in the iGaming industry, has previously held leadership roles at Mr Green and Svenska Spel, and chaired firms such as Pariplay and CEGO A/S.

Alexander Stevendahl, Videoslots’ co-founder, will continue as group CEO, ensuring the continuity of the company’s vision and culture. Stevendahl emphasized that adopting the Immense Group name reflects the company’s ambition to evolve and lay the groundwork for sustained growth across its brands.

“The Videoslots Journey is a True Success Story”

The rebranding to Immense Group underscores a commitment to innovation, excellence, and delivering premium gaming experiences. Kärrbrink noted that this marks a natural progression for the company.

“The Videoslots journey is a true success story. With four additional brands and a new corporate structure, now is the perfect time to introduce a new umbrella brand that carries the strong Videoslots culture into its next chapter”, he said.

According to the company, the name “Immense” reflects its core values of innovation, exceptional talent, and a culture of excellence.
