Vixio Achieves ISO 27001 Certification and Upgrades Workspace Platform

Vixio has strengthened its position in the regulatory technology space by achieving ISO 27001 certification for information security management and unveiling an enhanced version of its AI-driven Vixio Workspace platform. The two milestones underscore the company’s ongoing efforts to combine data security with innovation to support compliance professionals in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.

Reinforcing Security Standards with ISO 27001

ISO 27001 is a globally recognized benchmark for information security management systems (ISMS). It is awarded to organizations that demonstrate a comprehensive approach to identifying, managing, and mitigating data risks. Vixio’s certification covers its operations, systems, and processes used to deliver regulatory intelligence and client services, ensuring that strict security controls are consistently maintained.

The certification follows continued investments by Vixio in infrastructure, governance, and cybersecurity frameworks. These measures are designed to ensure that clients receive regulatory intelligence solutions that are both secure and dependable.

Vixio Workspace, first launched in 2025, serves as a centralized platform that integrates regulatory intelligence with compliance operations. The AI-enabled tool connects compliance and business strategy, enabling teams to collaborate, track workflow execution, and maintain an auditable trail across departments.

New Tools for Smarter Compliance Management

The updated Workspace introduces several new features aimed at simplifying how compliance teams manage regulatory change:

  • Triage Tool (Smart Inbox): This feature filters thousands of regulatory updates, highlighting only those relevant to a user’s region or focus area. Powered by machine learning, it ensures that professionals see the most critical changes first.

  • Vixio API: Clients can now integrate Vixio’s intelligence and workflow data directly into their internal tools, dashboards, or compliance systems, enabling smoother collaboration and custom automation.

  • Requirements Extraction (coming soon): This tool will allow users to extract, search, and save passages directly from regulatory documents to support evidence-based compliance processes.
