VNLOK and NOGA to Form Single Trade Association
Two key trade bodies in the Netherlands’ online gambling sector, VNLOK and NOGA, have agreed to join forces. Licensed NOGA members will now transition into VNLOK, creating a single, unified voice for the industry.

Agreement Reached on Joint Future
VNLOK (Vergunde NederLandse Online Kansspelaanbieders) and NOGA (Nederlandse Online Gambling Associatie) have announced plans to formally unite. All NOGA members that hold a remote gambling licence will become members of VNLOK. Final formalities are expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
Sanna van Doorn, Vice Chair of NOGA, commented on the development:
“The NOGA board is pleased that after a longer period of cooperation, we are now entering the next phase together with VNLOK as a trade association. We are convinced that this will create a broad and solid industry body that will continue to contribute to a structurally healthy and safe online gambling market in the Netherlands.”
A Unified Industry Voice
Björn Fuchs, Chair of VNLOK, welcomed the merger and thanked the NOGA board for its efforts:
“On behalf of the VNLOK board, I express our appreciation for the dialogue and efforts of the NOGA board that made this next step possible. It is a necessary and logical move, giving the online gambling sector one clear, united voice towards all relevant stakeholders. We look forward to welcoming the NOGA members into VNLOK.”
