Xpoint Names Shaan Devaraj as Chief Technology Officer
Xpoint has appointed geolocation expert Shaan Devaraj as its new Chief Technology Officer, marking a key step in the company’s strategy to expand across regulated markets. Devaraj brings more than 30 years of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, and Cloud infrastructure, with a proven record of technological innovation in iGaming.

Veteran Technologist Joins Xpoint’s Leadership
Xpoint, a Miami-based geolocation and compliance technology company, announced the appointment of Shaan Devaraj as CTO as it continues to scale operations in global regulated markets.
Devaraj is recognized as a pioneer in geolocation systems and the co-inventor of the world’s first Remote Gaming Server. His career spans senior roles in both B2B and B2C iGaming technology, including leadership positions in software development and product architecture.
Before joining Xpoint, Devaraj served as CTO at United Interactive LLC, where he led the launch of the Symphony iGaming platform and the Bet United brand.
He previously spent 14 years at IGT’s Double Down Interactive, holding several senior roles and driving innovation in online and mobile gaming. His deep technical background and focus on product scalability make him a valuable addition to Xpoint’s executive team.
