ZEAL Network Appoints Dr. Stefan Tweraser as New CEO

Leadership Experience and Background

Dr. Stefan Tweraser comes to ZEAL with significant leadership experience, having most recently served as CEO of Rocket Factory Augsburg AG. He brings extensive expertise from various international companies in the digital, technology, and consulting industries, including at Google, Telekom Austria, and McKinsey. Carola von Schmettow, Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of ZEAL Network SE, said:

On his appointment, Dr. Tweraser expressed his gratitude:

Transition from Dr. Helmut Becker

Dr. Tweraser’s appointment follows the decision of Dr. Helmut Becker, who has served as the CEO of ZEAL since September 2015. Dr. Becker announced in March 2025 that he would not extend his contract and instead pursue his entrepreneurial activities. Dr. Becker will step down from his position on 14 September 2025 but will remain available to ZEAL as a consultant until the end of January 2026.

Dr. Becker, reflecting on his time with ZEAL, said:
