Fanatics Launches Sportsbook App in Multiple States

Fanatics Betting and Gaming, the sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, has officially launched its online Fanatics Sportsbook app in the states of Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, and Tennessee.

Fanatics goes live in four states

The app will allow users to engage in sports wagering, access live score feeds, use a search feature, make withdrawals, and view odds.

The app offers a variety of betting markets, including moneyline bets, spread bets, over-unders, player props, same-game parlays, and in-play bets. Fanatics acquired PointsBet for $225 million in June and integrated PointsBet’s assets to supply the sports betting engine for the Fanatics Sportsbook app. Additionally, the quantitative trading models from Banach Technology, Fanatics’ proprietary technology division, will power the risk and trading platform for the app.

Focus on faster and easier betting

Scot McClintic, Chief Product Officer of Fanatics Betting and Gaming, said “After 6 months of beta testing, we are excited to officially launch the Fanatics Sportsbook product to the public.

“We are laser-focused on solving pain points facing customers by offering a faster, easier, and more rewarding sports betting experience.

McClintic emphasized the company’s commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, with the goal of redefining customer expectations for a sportsbook. The launch of the Fanatics Sportsbook app aims to provide a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for sports enthusiasts in the selected states.
