Aristocrat Interactive Launches to Unify Digital Gaming Brands

The Australian gaming powerhouse, Aristocrat, has introduced Aristocrat Interactive, a new business structure that consolidates its Anaxi and NeoGames brands.

Objectives and Vision

Aristocrat Interactive is poised to deliver customizable and superior user experiences, leveraging collaborations with some of the largest gaming companies globally.

CEO Moti Malul emphasized the importance of this milestone, stating, “With the launch of Aristocrat Interactive, we believe we are uniquely positioned to spearhead a new era of connected experiences.”

Comprehensive Service Offerings

The new structure serves as a one-stop shop for digital gaming solutions, encompassing five key areas:

  1. iLottery
  2. Content & Aggregation
  3. Gaming Systems
  4. iGaming & Sports
  5. iGaming White-Label

Each area is managed by a dedicated Managing Director:

  • Chris Shaban heads the iLottery division.
  • Adrian Bailey leads Content & Aggregation.
  • Neil Crossan oversees Gaming Systems.
  • Dima Reiderman manages iGaming & Sports.
  • Jonathan Chilton is in charge of iGaming White-Label.

This new entity also incorporates other Aristocrat brands such as Aspire Global, BtoBet, and Pariplay. The integration aims to streamline operations and strengthen Aristocrat’s market presence.

A new website for Aristocrat Interactive is set to launch on September 1, marking a significant step in its strategy to dominate the digital gaming landscape.
