GeoComply Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Executive Appointments

GeoComply Solutions Inc., a leading provider of anti-fraud and geolocation solutions, has announced the appointment of two new executives to its leadership team. Lindsey Drake has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Kelly Schaefer joins as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Ongoing expansion plans

With GeoComply’s ongoing expansion plans, Drake and Schaefer will play vital roles in shaping the company’s growth strategies. In 2023 alone, GeoComply secured investments from Norwest Venture Partners and Arctos Sports Partners, along with its first acquisition of the innovative technology platform, OneComply. These developments have significantly impacted GeoComply’s ability to venture into new verticals and accelerate innovation to meet customer demands.

As CFO, Lindsey Drake will oversee all financial operations, including planning, budgeting, and capital management. With an extensive finance background and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, Drake brings valuable experience to her role. Her strategic financial acumen and deep understanding of the technology industry will be instrumental in ensuring GeoComply’s financial success during its rapid expansion.

As CHRO, Kelly Schaefer will lead GeoComply’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and engagement. With her strong HR leadership background and dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, Schaefer is well-suited to drive GeoComply’s people-centric initiatives. Her expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement will be invaluable in attracting top talent and nurturing a high-performing workforce that fuels GeoComply’s innovation and success.

60 percent female representation

It is noteworthy that the appointments of Drake and Schaefer will contribute to over 60 percent female representation on GeoComply’s leadership team. The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion has recently earned them the Diversity & Inclusion Award at the EGR North America Awards, distinguishing them in the technology industry.

“We are excited to welcome Lindsey and Kelly to the GeoComply team,” said Anna Sainsbury, CEO of GeoComply. “Their extensive expertise and leadership in their respective fields will be instrumental in guiding our financial strategy and strengthening our talent capabilities. As we expand our market presence and develop cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, their contributions will be vital in driving our growth and solidifying our position as a global leader.”
