Intralot Extends Contracts in the Netherlands and Ireland
Intralot has extended its contracts in the Netherlands and Ireland through its regional subsidiaries, securing its role in both markets until 2027. The agreements include the introduction of new services, such as advanced betting platforms and technology upgrades for lottery operators.
Intralot Extends Partnership with Nederlandse Loterij Organisatie
In the Netherlands, Intralot Benelux has renewed its contract with Nederlandse Loterij Organisatie (NLO) until June 2027.
The agreement ensures that Intralot will continue to provide operations and management services for NLO’s retail sportsbook brand, Toto.
Toto, which operates over 4,000 retail access points throughout the country, is also a major sponsor of Dutch football, particularly the Toto KNVB Beker tournament.
Under the renewed contract, NLO will benefit from Intralot’s advanced sports betting platform, Intralot Orion. This platform supports a wide range of betting events, including horseracing, greyhound racing, and virtual sports.
Intralot will also supply its Photon terminals, which will enhance trading and risk management services, as well as provide performance tracking and monitoring for Toto’s games.
New Agreement with Premier Lotteries Ireland
In Ireland, Intralot Ireland has signed a contract extension with Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI) that will run until November 2027.
Intralot will continue to support PLI with its advanced central gaming system, which is already integrated across a retail network of 4,300 terminals.
In addition to its retail services, Intralot will expand its offerings to online customers.
Intralot’s Broader Technology Developments
Intralot has been actively advancing its lottery technology solutions in various markets.
Earlier in June, the company successfully transitioned British Columbia Lottery Corporation’s (BCLC) retail lottery system to the LotosX Omni ecosystem, marking one of the first fully cloud-based lottery systems in the world.
This technological upgrade underscores Intralot’s dedication to delivering innovative and efficient solutions for lottery operators globally.
