Jaime Carvajal: 1spin4win is on track to become a must-have provider in the LatAm market

We recently had the opportunity to sit down with Jaime Carvajal, Senior Sales Manager at 1spin4win, to discuss the studio’s goals for the Latin American market. He shares his vision for the company in the region, the steps to take to ensure success, and his thoughts on adapting to the market’s unique gaming preferences and regulatory landscape.

Jaime, tell us about yourself and your professional journey. What did you do before joining 1spin4win?

My professional journey began 13 years ago, right after I completed my master’s degree in business. I was fortunate to jump into an exciting project with a Chinese-European manufacturer of measurement technology for construction, tasked with expanding their presence in Latin America. Working solo with a tight budget, I gained hands-on experience in logistics, sales, legal, and marketing — learning how to adapt products to new markets.

From there, I transitioned into consulting for an investment fund that worked with disruptive IT startups. A couple of years ago, I entered the iGaming industry, tasked with growing a renowned provider’s presence in LatAm. I quickly became passionate about the fast-paced nature of the industry.

Now, at 1spin4win, I’m excited to use my skills and experience to help make the brand a leader in the LatAm market.

What goals and tasks do you have as the new sales manager in the Latin American region?

As the new Sales Manager at 1spin4win for the Latin American region, my main goal is to establish a solid and stable revenue stream for the studio. To achieve this, I’m involved in attracting and retaining key players in the iGaming industry and working closely with partners to create the best value proposition for both them and the players. Building trust with our partners is a priority, as it’s essential for creating a lasting impact on their slot portfolios.

Entering a new market like LatAm is always challenging, especially with strong competition. However, given 1spin4win’s proven growth in other regions, I’m confident that with time, dedication, and teamwork, we’ll establish a strong presence in the market.

How do you see the future of 1spin4win in Latin America, and what steps will you take to achieve success in this region?

I believe that with our quality and experience, 1spin4win is on track to become a must-have provider in the LatAm market, especially in the category of classic slots. To succeed, we’ll strengthen partnerships with key operators by providing tailored solutions for players and partners in Latin America. We’ll focus on localizing content to match regional preferences, build strong relationships, and offer excellent support. This approach will position 1spin4win as a crucial part of their slot portfolios.

Does 1spin4win plan to adapt its games and promotional campaigns for the Latin American market?

Absolutely! We are already adapting our games specifically for the Latin American market. For example, games like Lucky Bro Hold and Win and Sun Treasure were developed with LatAm players in mind. 1spin4win combined classic slot expertise with themes that appeal to the LatAm audience.

Our goal is to create experiences that feel familiar and engaging for local players, while still delivering the well-balanced gameplay 1spin4win is known for.

How do you assess the current trends and growth potential of online casinos in Latin America? What are your immediate plans for 1spin4win in the region?

The Latin American market is currently undergoing a transformation, shifting from unregulated to regulated online gaming. While this brings uncertainty for providers and operators, the potential for iGaming in the region is immense, with over 400 million internet users. The real question is not if companies should enter, but when.

Brazil remains the most attractive market, but strong growth is also evident in Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, and Paraguay. Each country has its own unique gaming traditions and preferences, making it crucial to approach them as distinct markets.

The biggest challenge lies in navigating regulatory uncertainty, particularly in Brazil, Peru, and Chile. My focus is on supporting 1spin4win’s partners and ensuring our games are actively played, preparing us for future growth as the market evolves.
