Mobile and land-based platform provider and game content developer, Jogo Global, has entered into a significant partnership with Banijay Brands, the commercial arm of entertainment giant Banijay.
Banijay is known for producing some of the world’s biggest entertainment shows, including Deal or No Deal, Survivor, and MasterChef.
Under this agreement, Jogo Global obtains licenses to incorporate select Banijay Brands into its portfolio of slots and fast games, which will be deployed in the global gaming market.
David Marcus, CEO of Jogo Global, expressed excitement about the partnership, stating “Banijay Brands is the perfect partner for Jogo Global and we are absolutely thrilled to have sealed this agreement. In terms of securing eye-catching IP for development into exciting gaming experiences, we could not wish for a better partner.
“This deal follows an incredible 12 months of growth at Jogo, and we head to next week’s SBC Summit Barcelona eager to find new opportunities to build further on these recent successes.”
Mark Woollard, Managing Director of Banijay Gaming & Gambling Division, stated that they are looking forward to collaborating with Jogo Global: “We’re all looking forward to working alongside David and the team at Jogo, which will involve several of our licences heading into a new direction with the introduction of the exciting ‘fast’ game product line.
“Banijay Brands always looks to be on the front foot when it comes to licensing its brands into new product categories, and this is no different.”
Jogo Global’s offerings include a range of bespoke fast games such as Crash, Double, and Mines. The company has also experienced significant growth in the US land-based sector, particularly with its Class 3-to-Class 2 conversion solution.
This partnership is expected to bring a fresh and exciting gaming experience to players by combining Banijay’s popular entertainment brands with Jogo Global’s gaming expertise.
