Having previously held the role of Head of IT Governance at EveryMatrix, Mihnea Dobre has been an integral part of the leadership team. His journey with the company spans nearly a decade, beginning as Head of Incident Management with a modest team of four.

His significant contributions over the years include the establishment of the Technical Support and IT Governance teams. These strides have greatly enhanced the company’s release management and change management processes, showcasing his capability to drive substantial internal development.

Strategic Vision as CTO

In his new role, Dobre will oversee EveryMatrix’s technical development, directing the technological trajectories and supporting the objectives of the business unit CTOs. His vision encompasses not just maintaining but elevating the operational standards that EveryMatrix’s clientele have come to expect.
