Mkodo’s geolocation product GeoLocs awarded GLI certification
mkodo limited, a Pollard Banknote company, has obtained certification from Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) for its dedicated iGaming geolocation service, GeoLocs.
GLI certification
The approval solidifies the use of GeoLocs as a compliant geolocation software in jurisdictions worldwide that accept GLI certification.
The award-winning B2B supplier of front-end technologies has already established itself in the North American iGaming market through world-class apps and digital UX services.
GeoLocs, which is already live with a number of iGaming operators in Ontario, is now in a strong position to establish itself as the leading iGaming geolocation solution in the same region.
Open up in new territories
Historically in use for mkodo’s iGaming app clients, the company recently announced its intentions to offer GeoLocs to the wider market. Purpose-built for the iGaming industry, Geolocs is set to tackle global geolocation challenges as iGaming continues to develop and open up in new territories, particularly across North America.
Stuart Godfree, Managing Director at mkodo, said: “We’re pleased to secure GLI certification of our geolocation verification service, GeoLocs. The platform has been live in Ontario with our clients for the past decade, however, we are now eager to offer it more widely to operators across North America and other jurisdictions worldwide that accept GLI certification, to showcase our unrivalled geolocation service.
“GLI’s certification gives us a solid foundation for further growth with the goal to become the world’s leading iGaming supplier in this space. The GLI approval is a credit to our first-rate product and our engineering teams who have been hard at work to ready GeoLocs for launch.”
