NOVOMATIC Netherlands Appoints Karin den Dunnen as New CFO
NOVOMATIC Netherlands B.V., a key player in the gaming industry, is undergoing a management restructuring to reinforce its position in the emerging Dutch market. The company has appointed Karin den Dunnen as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead various crucial departments, succeeding the departing CFO, Jos van den Borne.
Experience and Expertise in Gaming
Karin den Dunnen is a seasoned financial expert with a rich academic and professional background. Her academic journey includes studies at prestigious universities in Maastricht, Amsterdam, Shanghai, and Boston. Furthermore, her certified financial management qualifications and extensive experience as an interim finance manager and VP of Finance and Control at Holland Casino N.V., among other notable roles, make her a valuable addition to NOVOMATIC Netherlands.
In her new role, Karin den Dunnen will oversee a range of critical areas within the company. These include managing the finance team, human resources, corporate IT, compliance, legal matters, and internal audit. Her diverse skill set and experience will contribute significantly to the company’s operational efficiency and strategic growth.
