SIS and Paddy Power Extend Content and Production Agreement

Sports Information Services (SIS) and Paddy Power have announced a multi-year extension of their content and production agreement.

This extension ensures that Paddy Power, a leading UK and Irish operator, can continue offering its customers high-quality production services and a vast portfolio of horse and greyhound racing content from around the world.

Key Components of the Agreement

The extended agreement allows Paddy Power to continue using SIS’ Complex Automated Production (CAP) technology, which provides greater flexibility over live broadcast schedules in Paddy Power’s flagship retail stores in the UK and Ireland.

Additionally, Paddy Power will have access to SIS’ 24/7 Live Racing Content, which offers over 38,000 horse races from more than 170 racecourses and tracks across five continents, including Europe, Africa, Latin America, and the United States.

Focus on Greyhound Racing

The agreement also includes access to SIS’ comprehensive greyhound service, ensuring that Paddy Power can continue to offer high-quality greyhound racing content from the UK and Ireland to its customers.

David Newton, Chief Commercial Officer Paddy Power at Flutter Entertainment Plc, expressed his satisfaction with the extended partnership, stating “This long-term extension demonstrates the success of our partnership with SIS to date, and we are delighted to continue providing our customers with SIS’ high quality and comprehensive content offering across global horse and greyhound racing.”

Richard Ames, Chief Executive at SIS, noted the longstanding relationship between SIS and Paddy Power, which has grown considerably over the years. He said “We have had a longstanding relationship with Paddy Power that has grown considerably over the years, and we are pleased to extend our agreement. We pride ourselves on the content portfolio of our core racing product, and to be able to deliver this to one of the industry’s biggest operators shows the trust placed in our brand.”

The extended agreement between SIS and Paddy Power is expected to enhance the content offerings for Paddy Power customers, especially in the horse and greyhound racing sectors, providing them with a broad range of racing events from around the world.
