SOFTSWISS Launches “A Minute Today, a Future Ahead” for Breast Cancer Awareness

iGaming technology company SOFTSWISS is taking part in the Pink October initiative, which focuses on breast cancer prevention and early detection among its employees and the wider community.

Early Detection Matters

This year’s campaign “A Minute Today, a Future Ahead” highlights the importance of early detection and prevention in breast cancer – the most common cancer in women. Early diagnosis is key, 99% 5 year survival rate when detected early.

As half of its 2,000 employees are women, SOFTSWISS is covering the costs of ultrasounds and mammograms for all female staff in October and November. This shows the company’s care for its employees’ well-being.

During Pink October SOFTSWISS will be running various activities to raise awareness. An online webinar on mental health will be held for those affected by the disease. Female employees will also be participating in a themed run for the international charity movement “Butterfly Support Mission”.

The company’s employees also personally support the initiative. To further raise awareness, female influencers from the SOFTSWISS community share information about the campaign across social media, amplifying the message of self-care and vigilance.

Health Comes First

“Health is a crucial value beyond everything. Here, at SOFTSWISS, we aim to help and support our employees’ well-being and health every day. By promoting the Pink October initiative, we want to stress the importance of well-timed self-care and make this issue visible both within the iGaming industry and beyond”, says Chief Marketing Officer at SOFTSWISS, Valentina Bagniya.

For the second year in a row SOFTSWISS is participating in the Pink October initiative and is setting the example for preventive health measures and community involvement. Through this initiative, the company hopes to inspire its employees and society to take action today for a healthier tomorrow.

A few weeks ago, SOFTSWISS received the esteemed accolade “Employer of the Year” at the SBC Awards.
