Symplify Enhances CRM Capabilities for MegaRush Casino with Extended Partnership

Symplify, the market leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions based in Stockholm, has announced the extension of its services to three additional brands under the MegaRush Casino license.

Expanding Partnership

Initially, Symplify and MegaRush Casino embarked on a journey to revolutionize customer relationship management within the iGaming sector. After four successful years, this partnership will now see Symplify extending its acclaimed CRM services to encompass three more brands under the MegaRush umbrella.

Known for its mobile-first approach, MegaRush Casino offers an expansive array of gaming options including slots, scratchcards, live casino, and instant win games.

Integration of Advanced CRM Tools

Under the new agreement, MegaRush Casino will gain access to two of Symplify’s flagship offerings: the Journey Builder and the Campaign Manager modules. These sophisticated tools are designed to add a layer of customizability and AI-driven optimization to the customer experience.

By integrating these modules, MegaRush can now offer more personalized and engaging interactions, significantly enhancing player satisfaction and loyalty.

Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Symplify’s Head of Sales, expressed his enthusiasm about the extended collaboration: “We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with MegaRush as they have gone from strength to strength. Adding our Journey Builder and Campaign Manager to the package will enable MegaRush to engage with its casino players in a deeper, more personalized manner.”

Enhanced Player Acquisition and Retention

The spokesperson for MegaRush Casino highlighted the critical role Symplify has played in their growth since the casino’s launch.

“Symplify has played a significant role in our growth since launch and we are very excited to roll out its services to another three brands. Utilizing these new modules will allow us to acquire and retain new players as we drive the business forward.”
