Yolo Group Strengthens Leadership with Appointment of New Chief Product Officer
Yolo Group has bolstered its leadership team with the significant appointment of Ashley-Christian Hardy as its new Chief Product Officer. Hardy, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry, will now spearhead the group’s product growth initiatives.
Extensive Industry Experience
Hardy brings a wealth of product experience to Yolo Group, having founded The Product Hub, a Malta-based product management firm. His career includes notable stints at major industry players, most recently Flutter International, one of the world’s largest gambling companies with a workforce of approximately 15,000 employees.
During his two-year tenure at Flutter, Hardy served as Head of Product Change and Portfolio, where he was instrumental in defining the product change strategy. His role involved helping the large product organization to operate at scale, discovering and delivering new products and features in a customer-centric manner.
Before joining Flutter, Hardy spent almost four years at Gaming Innovation Group (GiG). He initially joined as Head of Product in 2018 and later advanced to Director of Product & Design. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing GiG’s entire suite of products. Hardy successfully transformed a product management team with a start-up mentality into a mature team with well-defined responsibilities.
Perfect Fit for Yolo Group
Hardy’s expertise as a product specialist and his proven leadership qualities made him an ideal addition to the Yolo Group team. His appointment is expected to drive the company’s product innovation and growth strategy forward.
In a LinkedIn post, Hardy shared his excitement about his new role, stating, “After a great 2 years Flutter International, I have been given the opportunity to join Yolo Group as CPO. I have learned a lot over the past two years, I have been exposed to many areas of the Flutter business, growing my knowledge and skills working in an organization at massive scale.”
Hardy expressed his gratitude towards Flutter for the growth opportunities it provided and recommended the company as a “great place to work.” He also conveyed his eagerness to contribute to Yolo Group’s future successes, stating, “I am excited to see what the company can achieve.”
