Kevin Furlong Joins EveryMatrix as Chief Product Officer

EveryMatrix has appointed Kevin Furlong as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this role, Furlong will be responsible for overseeing product direction across all of EveryMatrix’s business units.

New Leadership to Drive Product Strategy

EveryMatrix has named Kevin Furlong as its new Chief Product Officer, entrusting him with the task of overseeing product strategy across all divisions. Furlong will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and development of the company’s product range, which includes modular solutions for casino, sports, platform, affiliate, and payment services.

With a career spanning two decades in leading iGaming companies such as Entain, Bwin, and Paddy Power, Furlong brings significant expertise to his new position. His focus will be on aligning the product strategies of different business units within EveryMatrix to ensure that its diverse offerings, including key products like CasinoEngine, OddsMatrix, and PartnerMatrix, meet the needs of its more than 300 global customers.

Furlong’s appointment comes at a crucial time as EveryMatrix continues to expand its product range and customer base. Reporting directly to Group CEO and co-founder Ebbe Groes, Furlong will play a pivotal role in coordinating the company’s product development efforts.

Groes praised Furlong’s appointment: “Kevin has outstanding industry experience working with some of the largest operators so we’re naturally delighted to have someone of his calibre join us as we continue to accelerate our growth.”

Furlong outlined his goals for the role, stating: “My role is to bring all our products together to give our customers and their players the best possible experience. We already do this in so many ways, but we know we can do so much more with the proprietary technology, knowledge and expertise we have at our disposal within the Group.”

Recent Strategic Developments

EveryMatrix’s efforts to expand its content offering have been reinforced by recent moves, including the announcement of a public offer to acquire Swedish online casino developer Fantasma Games for SEK 209.8 million ($19.7 million). The acquisition reflects EveryMatrix’s broader strategy to enhance its portfolio, with a 21.4% premium on Fantasma’s share price.

In addition, EveryMatrix extended its partnership with game studio Peter & Sons, further bolstering its CasinoEngine platform with new, diverse content.
