Diamond Game Secures Contract Extension with Missouri Lottery for Pull-Tabs Dispensers

Pollard Banknote’s subsidiary, Diamond Game, has successfully secured a contract with the Missouri Lottery for the provision of Pull-Tabs dispensers.

This achievement comes after a competitive bid process and marks an extension of their long-standing partnership. The initial contract term, effective from October 1, 2023, is set for three years, with the option to extend for three additional one-year periods.

Diamond Game’s collaboration with the Missouri Lottery began in 2013 when they entered into an agreement for Pull-Tabs dispensers as part of a one-year pilot program. Since then, Diamond Game has been the exclusive supplier for the Lottery’s Pull-Tabs program, having earned additional contracts and securing all available extensions.

Extension of partnership

Lester Elder, the Director of the Missouri Lottery, expressed their satisfaction with the contract renewal, stating, “We’re pleased to be signing a new contract with Diamond Game and continuing to support our retailers. Missouri’s fraternal organizations have benefited tremendously since the Pull-Tabs program launched, and we’re delighted to keep supporting their efforts.”

The Missouri Lottery, established in 1986, has played a significant role in contributing over $7.5 billion to the state of Missouri and public education. The Lottery’s yearly contributions account for approximately four percent of the state’s public education funding, a vital responsibility shared among local, state, and federal governments.
