FanDuel Group Appoints Alison Kutler as Vice President of Sustainability & Responsible Gaming

FanDuel Group, the leading online gaming company in the United States, has announced the appointment of Alison Kutler as the company’s Vice President of Sustainability & Responsible Gaming. In her new role, Kutler will be responsible for driving FanDuel’s responsible gaming (RG) and sustainability strategy, reinforcing the company’s commitment to creating a robust customer protection framework.

Extensive experience

Kutler brings a wealth of experience to her new position. She most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Government Affairs for Dapper Labs, a leading NFT and blockchain developer. Prior to that, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Government Affairs-Americas for Visa and was a Principal at PwC.

Additionally, she held significant roles within the United States government, including Chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau and Special Advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), as well as Director of the Trade Advocacy Center within the United States Department of Commerce.

Alison Kutler earned her Juris Doctorate from Stanford University’s School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University. Her diverse background and extensive expertise make her a valuable addition to FanDuel’s leadership team as they continue to prioritize responsible gaming and sustainability initiatives in the rapidly evolving online gaming landscape.

FanDuel focuses on responsible gaming

As Vice President of Sustainability & Responsible Gaming, Kutler will lead FanDuel’s RG organization, which includes overseeing responsible gaming policy and regulatory affairs, RG training and product development, RG operations, and advocacy teams focused on the company’s Sportsbook, Casino, Racing, Daily Fantasy, and Retail functions. Additionally, she will be instrumental in advancing FanDuel’s sustainability efforts, aligning with the Positive Impact Plan of the company’s parent company, Flutter.
