From a team of 21 members just over a year ago, Future Anthem has surged ahead to assemble a thriving team of 43 talented individuals, setting the stage for further growth and innovation.
With a robust increase in its technical talent, Future Anthem boasts a workforce where over two-thirds are data science experts. This formidable team of experts forms the core competency and strength of the company. Their specialized knowledge and skills are pivotal in driving Future Anthem’s capacity to deliver personalized player experiences in real-time, fostering immersive and captivating user environments across the casino, sports betting, and lottery verticals.
The company’s recruitment strategy has successfully attracted professionals from leading betting and gaming operators and suppliers, including esteemed names such as William Hill, Churchill Downs, Ladbrokes Coral, Betway, and Gaming Realms.

The recruitment efforts extend beyond technical roles, encompassing a focus on commercial hiring. This endeavour aligns with the recent appointment of Ann-Kathrin Baumgardt as VP of Sales and Customer Development for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), who joins from IGT.

To accommodate its expanding team, Future Anthem has established a brand-new office in Shoreditch, a bustling tech hub in east London.
