NeoGames appoints Motti Gil as Chief Financial Officer

NeoGames S.A., a leading provider of iLottery and iGaming solutions, has announced the appointment of Motti Gil as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2023, pending regulatory approvals.

Gil taking over from Adler

Gil will be taking over from Raviv Adler, who will be stepping down on July 31, 2023, to pursue another opportunity. During the transition period, Gil and Adler will work closely together to ensure a smooth handover.

With over 20 years of global financial and operational experience, Gil brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. He has been serving as the CFO of Aspire Global since 2016, including during its years as a publicly listed company, prior to its acquisition by NeoGames.

Before joining Aspire, Gil held the position of CFO at GoNet Systems, a wireless technology company. He also has a strong background in the telecom technology industry, with previous roles as a finance executive and controller in both private and publicly listed companies. Gil began his career at Ernst & Young.
