Pierre Cadena Joins Catena Media as VP Corporate Strategy

Effective from 1 November 2023, Cadena will be responsible for curating corporate strategy and ensuring its seamless execution across the board. Based out of the US, he will be adding his substantial experience to the Catena Media team.

Pierre Cadena boasts a remarkable 20-year-long journey, predominantly in growing consumer technology and media entities. Before joining Catena.

He was an integral part of Fox Entertainment, holding the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Revenue & Strategy for TMZ, a news and entertainment brand.

At Fox Entertainment, Cadena was the strategic mind behind TMZ’s multifaceted platforms, encompassing digital, TV, originals, and experiential domains.

As a non-executive director at Raketech, Cadena’s expertise also spans into the realm of online sports betting and gaming affiliation.

His tenure at Crunchyroll saw him as the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer.

His prior experience also includes pivotal roles at WarnerMedia, Otter Media, and Caesars Entertainment. Additionally, Cadena has a rich background in investment banking and private equity.

Holding an MBA from the renowned Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Cadena’s educational credentials are as impressive as his professional journey.
