William Hill Returns as Official Betting Partner for Racing League 2023

Racing League has announced that William Hill will once again be the official betting partner for the 2023 competition. This marks the third consecutive year of their partnership. As the exclusive betting partner, William Hill will have naming rights to all races throughout the six-week event and will enjoy exclusive access and content privileges.

William Hill returns to support Racing League

The 2023 Racing League will feature seven teams of racehorse trainers and jockeys representing different regions of Great Britain and Ireland. The competition will take place across six fixtures, starting on Thursday, July 27, at Great Yarmouth. A total of 42 races will offer over £2,000,000 in prize money, with teams earning points based on their finishing positions.

The top team and the jockey with the most accumulated points will receive prizes, and William Hill has already set odds for the favorites. The East is the favored team for the overall title at 4/1, while Billy Loughnane, representing Ireland, and 2022 Top Jockey Saffie Osborne, representing Wales & The West, are given 14/1 odds to be crowned top jockey.

In addition to supporting the competition, William Hill will also show appreciation for grooms who play a vital role in the horse racing industry. They will offer £50 per race to the groom responsible for the best turned-out winner, with each eligible for a £2,500 cash prize in a prize draw on the final day at Southwell.

Long-term supporters

William Hill’s representative expressed excitement about being involved with Racing League again and praised the innovative and unique concept of the competition. They are looking forward to seeing who will emerge as the 2023 champions and continue to support the growth of horse racing.

Jeremy Wray, CEO of Racing League, expressed his satisfaction with the progress made in 2022 and anticipates an even bigger and better event in 2023: “William Hill are long-term supporters of racing in this country, and we are delighted they are supporting Racing League again. We look forward to working together in promoting both their brand, as well as our competition to new and existing racing fans across the country.”
