Jumbo Interactive Appoints Jatin Khosla as Interim Chief Financial Officer

Jumbo Interactive Limited has announced the appointment of Jatin Khosla as the interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.

This appointment comes as the Company conducts a review of its global finance and support services functions. Jatin will take over from the current CFO, David Todd, who has resigned from his role due to unforeseen personal health reasons. David will continue to provide advisory services to ensure a smooth transition.

Jatin Khosla’s Background

Jatin Khosla joined Jumbo in May 2021 as the Head of Investor Relations. Prior to his role at Jumbo, he held senior executive positions with over 15 years of experience in various finance and strategy roles in Australia and the United Kingdom. Jatin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
