NeoPollard Interactive Signs a Ten-Year Contract with West Virginia Lottery
NeoPollard, jointly owned by Pollard Banknote Limited and NeoGames S.A., has secured a ten-year contract to provide a complete iLottery system to the West Virginia Lottery.
The contract also includes an integrated Player Loyalty Program (PLP) and a full-featured mobile application.
The Expansion
West Virginia Lottery’s expansion into the iLottery market will leverage NPi’s best-in-class technology, including NeoGames’ NeoSphere player account management system, NeoDraw central gaming system (CGS), and the NeoEngage customer engagement platform.
Additionally, Pollard Banknote will provide the playON Player Engagement Platform, which will extend the Lottery’s existing Player’s Circle loyalty program to better support player acquisition and retention.
Full suite of games
Players in West Virginia will also have access to NeoGames’ Games Studio library, which includes a full suite of engaging eInstant and draw-based games.
Pollard Banknote will provide a fully integrated mobile application that enables players to play iLottery games, collect and redeem loyalty points, check the status of their winning tickets, enter contests, access information about current lottery games, find the nearest lottery retailer, and receive jackpot alerts and other promotional information.
